Gourmet
Experience
Spring Creek’s restaurant opens its doors daily with the goal of providing our guests with a gourmet experience that they’ll remember!
Breakfast
Lunch
Lunch is typically scheduled to be a part of the day’s outings. Normally, you’ll enjoy either an outdoor picnic or a hot meal specially cooked in the field. The clubhouse offers a lunch menu for guests that are participating in half-day activities or those that have chosen to spend a day at the lodge.
Dinner
Dinner is a set three course menu. The nightly features will be presented to you each morning at breakfast. Our chef carefully selects a balanced menu throughout your stay. A Bistro Menu is also available every morning for those that prefer to select their own dinner choices.
We care about dietary restrictions and we are attentive to those details. Please let us know if you have any particular need in advance of your visit. We will make every effort possible to satisfy your needs as we have numerous menu options.
Our
Wines
We believe that introducing you to the wines that are produced in Argentina is an integral part of the Spring Creek experience. A complete cellar features labels from wineries located in various and different grape growing regions throughout the country.
Every guest is treated with a fine wine tasting on their arrival evening which introduces several Argentine wines. This also allows us to identify your tastes and select the best wines to pair with your meals throughout your stay.
Our Bar &
Evening Events
Evening is a time to share stories and relax. A well stocked bar offers options that includes beer from local micro breweries, unique locally distilled gin, single malts, international liquors and a wide variety of wines.
Evening entertainment is also featured several nights during your stay. Among them you will enjoy a tango dance performance and local musicians playing classical guitar, jazz and folk music.

Agustina Ruggeri
Pastry Chef
Agus is responsible for the happy and surprised faces of our guests after they’ve tried her delicious desserts and pastries creations.
Born and raised in Mendoza, her passion for cooking began as a child while working alongside her grandmother. She took that passion further and studied to become a chef and then specialized to become a pastry chef. In 2010 she spent the season working at the Creek and became enchanted with the area. Fortunately, in 2017, she returned to the lodge and settled in Junin de los Andes where she enjoys the surrounding quietness and natural wonders.
